I discovered yesterday that MapQuest will stop providing free Openstreet Map data on 7/11/2016. If you are using this option, you will have to
disable it after 7/11/2016.
WxMap can be configured to use
another server to receive map tiles. It is compatible with WMS (OpenGIS
Web Map Service), WFS (OpenGIS Web Feature Service), WMTS (Web Map Tile
Service), and ECWP (ERDAS).
I am still looking to see if I can find another free source of data.
